Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, you do not need a credit card. When signing up for our Starter account, the only thing you need is a valid email address. 🙂
Does the Starter plan expire?
The Starter plan is free forever and will never expire. The only limitations to the plan are the ones listed in the table above. You are 100% free of commitments when signing up for a Starter account and you can terminate your account at any time you want.
Can I invite my colleagues?
Sure! All plans include our feature-rich identity and access management solution, which means that you can easily invite as many colleagues to your account as you want. Using our role-based access control, you can assign fine-grained roles to your colleagues on all of your resources in Criterion AI.
Where are my data stored?
Criterion AI is hosted by Google Cloud Platform and all data uploaded to Criterion AI are stored in one of Google’s datacenters in Western Europe (primarily in Belgium). At this time, we only offer alternative storage locations for our Enterprise customers.
Can I switch between plans?
Definitely! We encourage you to sign up for a free account on our Starter plan to test out our platform. While the Starter plan does have some limitations in terms of datasets, models and deployments, all features of the platform are available to you. If you like what you see, you can easily move up to Professional or Enterprise, which offer better support for going into production.
